Referral software for real estate agents
Your best listings come from past clients, other agents and the local partners who talk about you. Referaly turns that word of mouth into a real estate referral program you can measure: who sent which seller, where the deal stands, and what you owe to whom.
Partners follow their client to closing
Valuation, listing, offer accepted, closing: you choose the steps and your partner sees them move, without calling you to ask where things stand.
A seller and a buyer do not pay the same
You set one commission per case, for example a percentage for a listing and a flat fee for a buyer. Each case is written into the partner's agreement.
A written agreement in one click
A named agreement generated automatically, accepted online and time stamped. It is the simplest proof of what each partner is owed.
A public form to share
A past client refers a neighbour who wants to sell, from their phone, with nothing to install. The contact arrives tracked, under their name.
No fee where the law says no
Some states forbid paying an unlicensed person for a referral. Set that partner's contract to no commission: the referral is still tracked under their name.
In English, French or Spanish
Each partner uses Referaly in their own language, on iPhone, Android or the web. Useful when your buyers or your partners come from abroad.

Tracking about 10,000 customers for almost three years, researchers measured that a referred customer is on average at least 16 % more valuable than a comparable customer acquired otherwise, and stays longer (Schmitt, Skiera and Van den Bulte, Journal of Marketing, 2011).
Frequently asked questions
Can I pay a referral fee to another agent?
Yes. RESPA exempts payments under cooperative brokerage and referral arrangements between real estate agents and real estate brokers, when all parties act in a real estate brokerage capacity. State licensing law still decides who may receive the money.
Can I pay a past client for a referral?
It depends on the state. In Texas, the real estate commission says a license holder may not give an unlicensed person valuable consideration for referring a buyer or tenant, apart from merchandise worth $50 or less. Ask your state real estate commission first, and set that partner's contract to no commission if the answer is no.
When is the referral fee paid?
Usually out of the commission you earn when the sale closes, once you are paid. The buyer or seller does not pay it on top. Writing it into the agreement avoids any misunderstanding.
Does it replace my CRM?
No, it sits before it. Your CRM manages listings and clients; Referaly handles who refers you, what they sent and what you owe them. An API is available to connect your tools.
Do my referral partners have to pay?
No. A referrer creates a free account and follows their referrals and commissions. Only you subscribe.
What does it cost?
49.90 € excl. VAT per month for a single agent, no commitment. A brokerage with several agents takes the agency account at 79.90 € excl. VAT per month, then 9.99 € per extra agent.
Can I try before paying?
Yes. The free plan needs no card: up to 5 leads received and 1 contract, then you move to a paid plan when you need it, with no commitment.
